About Me
My name is Crystal. I’m 26, recently married to the most amazing man on the planet. We live in Houston, with a basset hound named Dr. Watson and a maniacal cat, Nova. The last time I weighed myself was over a year ago, I was 230lb. I’ve decided I need to change how I live and eat. It’s time to lose the weight and get healthy so that when baby time comes, I won’t be the chubby mom who’s kid is out of hand because she’s too fat to chase them. I used to be tiny. And I’ll get there again, I just need the inspiration and discipline. That’s where this blog comes in. I’m going to post on here all of the things that inspire me and HOPEFULLY track my progress as I lose at least 50lb by Christmas! Wish me luck!
